Warranty Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. The goal of Covered Bridge Furniture is to provide you with an exceptional, well-built product.

With our high standards, we expect warranty claims to be few. When claims are made, however, we will always stand behind our warranty.

Limited 20-year residential, 5-year commercial warranty on Materials and Workmanship.

Covered Bridge Furniture will warranty its product for 20 years of residential use and 5 years of commercial use from the original date of the invoice to the original purchaser. This covers any decay, cracking, rotting, or splintering.

General Warranty & Exclusions

Our products use UV stabilizers to minimize fading; however, all colors may fade to some degree, especially the brighter colors. Slight fading over time is not covered by warranty. A general loss of color (the product developing a milky white surface) is, however, covered by warranty.

We will warranty all hardware and swivel components for 5 years from the original date of purchase. It is possible that some stainless steel components may show surface rust over time in salty climates. Although undesirable, this does not affect the integrity of your hardware. To prevent the buildup of minerals, we recommend an occasional rinse with fresh water if the furniture is exposed to salt water or coastal air.

If something is not covered by warranty, however, we will do our best to secure replacement pieces for you at a reasonable cost.
